Sign Reflections guarantees all its exterior rated products for life. This means that should a letter or panel (plaque), break or fade, we will refinish or replace the defective materials at no cost to you, if they are installed on their original location. This guarantee covers any peeling, flaking, and blistering of the newly applied paint from poor or improper workmanship for up to 10 years.

Please note that this guarantee applies to defective material only, as described in our warranty statement*. This guarantee does not apply to products damaged by extreme weather such as tornado, hurricane, heavy hail, or to products damaged by vandalism, fire, improper handling during installation, disasters, or other events beyond our control. Sign Reflections may require damaged products to be returned for inspection at your expense. Defective goods will be replaced upon approval. However, Sign Reflections will not be responsible for labor back charges or consequential damages.

Sign Reflections will not cover your costs of removal, reinstallation, or any subsequent work done on the sign mounting surface as well as the sign itself. Therefore, it is important to keep the sign’s environment in mind when selecting the material and finish of letters that will be placed there.

Sign Reflections’ interior products do carry restrictions on installation locations, as topcoats, substrates, and finishes are designed for interior usage only. Interior only products do not carry a lifetime warranty if used outdoors.

 The following warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Seller and Manufacturer disclaims any warranty of merchant ability or of fitness for a particular purpose and manufacturer / sellers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by an agreement signed by officers of seller and manufacturer.
